🧪 Usage Instructions

Initial Setup (Treating active infection):

• Water Dosing: Use 1 level scoop (included) per 40 L (10 US gallons) of aquarium water.
• Frequency: Dose once every 2 days for up to 3 total doses (6 days).
• Before Dosing: Remove chemical filtration (e.g., carbon). Leave biological and mechanical filtration running.
• Note: A 25% water change is recommended before the first dose.

Maintenance Dosing (Food-soaking for targeted internal treatment):

• Food Soaking: Mix 1 scoop MetroPlex with 1 tablespoon of food and a few drops of water.
• Optional Add-On: Use Seachem Focus to bind the medication to the food and enhance delivery.
• Feeding Frequency: Feed medicated food once daily for up to 1 week.

Q: What does MetroPlex treat best?
A: MetroPlex is highly effective against internal parasites, Hexamita, Hole-in-the-Head disease, and Ich.

Q: Can I use MetroPlex with KanaPlex or NeoPlex?
A: Yes. MetroPlex can be safely combined with KanaPlex or NeoPlex, especially when multiple infections are present.

Q: Is MetroPlex reef safe?
A: It is safe for most reef tanks when used in medicated food, but avoid direct water dosing in tanks with delicate invertebrates.

Q: My fish isn’t eating. Can MetroPlex still work?
A: Yes. It can be absorbed through the skin and gills when dosed directly into the water, making it effective even for non-feeding fish.

Q: How long should I use MetroPlex?
A: Use for a maximum of 3 doses (6 days total). Monitor progress and repeat treatment if needed after a short break.

You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
