🧪 Usage Instructions

Initial Setup:

1. Shake Well: Before each use, shake the bottle thoroughly to ensure even distribution of contents.
2. Dosage: Add 1 capful (5 mL) per 200 liters (50 US gallons) of aquarium water.
3. Application: Pour the measured dose directly into the aquarium in an area with good water flow to ensure even distribution. Avoid target feeding, as it can overwhelm corals and have a negative impact.

Maintenance Dosing:

• Frequency: Dose the aquarium twice weekly or as required to maintain coral growth and health.
• Monitoring: Observe the response of your corals and adjust the frequency if necessary.
• Storage: Refrigeration after opening is recommended to preserve the quality of the product, but it is not required.

Q1: What is the difference between Seachem Reef Phytoplankton and Reef Zooplankton?
A: Reef Phytoplankton is a blend of algae-based plankton sources and is recommended for feeding soft coral species. In contrast, Reef Zooplankton comprises protein-based plankton such as artemia and rotifer species, suitable for feeding LPS and SPS corals.

Q2: Do I need to refrigerate Reef Phytoplankton after opening?
A: Refrigeration after opening is recommended to preserve the quality of the product, but it is not required. The product contains preserving agents that help maintain its integrity even if not refrigerated.

Q3: Can I use Reef Phytoplankton in non-reef aquariums?
A: Reef Phytoplankton is specifically formulated for reef tanks to meet the nutrient needs of corals. Its use in non-reef aquariums is not recommended.

Q4: Is it possible to overdose Reef Phytoplankton?

You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
