🧪 Usage Instructions

Initial Setup:

• Dosage: Add 1 capful (5 mL) of Reef Plus for every 80 L (20 US gallons) of aquarium water.
• Frequency: Dose twice a week or as required to maintain coral growth.
• Food Soaking: For enhanced nutrition, mix 1 mL of Reef Plus with approximately 15 mL (1 tablespoon) of food.

Maintenance Dosing:

• Regular Dosing: Continue with 1 capful (5 mL) per 80 L (20 US gallons) twice weekly.
• Adjustments: Modify dosing frequency based on observed coral growth and coloration.
• Storage: Refrigerate after opening to preserve product integrity.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Q: How long will Reef Plus last if refrigerated?
A: When stored in the refrigerator, Reef Plus remains effective for about 6–12 months after opening.

Q: Should I turn off my ozone generator when dosing Reef Plus?
A: Yes. Ozone can rapidly degrade the beneficial organics in Reef Plus. It's recommended to turn off ozone during dosing to preserve the product's efficacy.

Q: Will my protein skimmer remove Reef Plus from the water?
A: While some components may be removed by skimming, many are hydrophilic and remain in solution. The recommended dosing schedule accounts for potential losses due to skimming.

Q: Does Reef Plus contain iodine, and do I need additional iodine supplements?
A: Reef Plus contains iodide, a bioavailable form of iodine. In lightly stocked aquariums, it may suffice. However, for tanks with higher demands, additional supplementation with products like Reef Iodide may be beneficial.

Q: Can Reef Plus cause unwanted algae growth?
A: The organics in Reef Plus are formulated not to directly support nuisance algae growth.

You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
